Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business has and will always be to help people who feel overlooked, behind, or forgotten about. It's partially why I retired from my principal analyst job, to pursue my calling in supporting others where there is a greater need. My inspiration has always been centered around helping others who need a lift or even light for the path they are trying to go with less restraint and more ease.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated knowing that the strength given to me by my creator, exist inside of all of us. I humbly believe my path has been laid before me to inspire others. To be the drop that creates ripples. This is what has always motivated me and brought me excitement and joy throughout my life, and so it is my greatest motivation to continue.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 dollars, I would invest in a mentor and in hiring a staff member. I look at all I've done in my business over the years (because of the fiery passion I have for creating memorable experiences) and I realize I cannot produce my vision alone because I physically am not meant to.
