Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The person who inspired me most in my business is my mother. Growing up, she made sure we understood something that has stayed with me my entire life: that we are somebody, that our lives matter, and that we are capable of achieving anything if we believe in ourselves, work hard, and keep faith in God!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My family, my faith, and the people I serve push me to keep going every day. I believe that hard work, integrity, and compassion can change lives. Knowing that my work helps others and sets an example for my children and grandchildren drives me to keep growing, keep serving, and never give up on the purpose God placed in my heart.

What would you do with the $25,000?
