How do you stay motivated?By having faith through God and also looking at my end goals everyday.Another thing that keeps me motivated is looking where I started and continuing to grow and strive to become the best version of myself.
What would you do with the $25,000?I currently have two properties in which I owned out right. I rent them both out on a year lease.With $25,000, I could build a diversified portfolio of REITs focusing on residential, industrial, healthcare, or retail.I would also buy more rental properties,In which my grandmother made a living doing. She taught me a lot and last year our plan was to buy more rental properties until she passed away leaving me to carry out this goal. I definitely will carry this dream of ours out.
