Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I've always had a drive and an ambition to be different. As I got older, this ambition only got stronger. Freshman year of high school was when I finally realized what I truly desired was to make a difference in this world. There are billions of people, and the last thing I want is to be the person who lives their life without leaving a mark. So, I chose to dedicate my time to building a business that would put me in a position to make a meaningful impact.

How do you stay motivated?

In entrepreneurship, there are always going to be mistakes and challenges that have to happen to reach your goals. I'm very goal-driven, so it’s easy for me to find motivation even when facing challenges. I know that on the other side of those challenges lies a new skill that will get me one step closer to reaching my goals. Pairing this with my faith, I find the motivation to work hard every day because, with both, there's nothing I can't do.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I entered this competition to be mentored by Draymond John. I value knowledge, and I strongly believe that the guidance I can get will bring me much closer to my goals. However, $25,000 is life-changing money. I intend to invest in new skills and tools that make my agency more valuable to each client, and use the remaining funds to help pay off my student loans.
