Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my journey, my culture, and the impact I want to create. Starting from a food truck and growing into multiple brands taught me resilience and discipline. I’m driven by the desire to build a legacy, create opportunities for others, and bring people together through elevated Caribbean experiences that reflect passion, purpose, and growth.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping my vision front and center. Every goal I set is tied to growth, impact, and legacy. Challenges don’t discourage me, they push me to elevate and improve. Watching my businesses evolve, my team grow, and my ideas come to life fuels me daily. Discipline, consistency, and purpose keep me going, even on the tough days.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into scaling my seasoning line and expanding production for retail distribution. This includes packaging, inventory, and marketing to secure placement in major stores. I would also allocate funds toward equipment and operational improvements to increase efficiency across my businesses, allowing me to grow sustainably while creating more jobs and opportunities.
