My inspiration in business comes from my younger self. Growing up in a hectic lifestyle, I saw firsthand how easy it is to become just another statistic. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the people around me and by remembering what I’ve been blessed with the ability to do. I also live with an ailment that reminds me every day that time and health aren’t guaranteed, so I try to make the most of every opportunity. But honestly, most days it’s less about motivation and more about consistency. The military taughy me, Motivation comes and goes, but discipline and showing up every day is what keeps things moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were awarded $25,000, I would use it to further strengthen my businesses through strategic rebranding and organizational improvements. Investing in those areas would allow me to operate more efficiently and continue growing in a sustainable way. I would also use a portion of it to bless and pour back into the people who work side by side with me. Entrepreneurship may start with one person, but it truly takes a team, and I believe in rewarding the people who help make the vision possible.
