My inspiration comes from books like Unreasonable Hospitality and The Power of Habit, which shaped how I view service and culture in the business. I am passionate about reframing the beauty industry, which is often viewed as transactional. At Femme Flora, we focus on hospitality, confidence, and innovation - like our Night Bloom Hours - to elevate the experience for both clients and professionals.

How do you stay motivated?

Seeing someone's face light up after a service reminds me why I started. Those moments create a ripple effect of confidence and connection. I am also fueled by the belief that the work we do matters. One quote that stays with me is, "Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself." That mindset pushes me to keep building something meaningful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would go directly toward expanding treatment rooms at Femme Flora and hiring additional team members. This would allow us to serve more clients, create new job opportunities, and continue elevating the waxing and beauty industry through thoughtful hospitality and innovative service hours like Night Bloom.
