Who or what is your inspiration in business?

In 2016 as an Educator in Atlanta , I began to feel a growing sense that my purpose extended beyond the classroom. I knew I was called to teach and mentor, yet I felt unfulfilled, as though I was missing my mark in creating long-term, measurable impact for the families I served. I transitioned out of teaching and got licensed. I helped my best friend purchase her first home. Guiding her through the process and witnessing her become the youngest homeowner in her family was transformative.

How do you stay motivated?

Regal Realty creates impact by making real estate education accessible, practical, and empowering for our community. Education is embedded into every aspect because we understand that informed decisions are foundational to building generational wealth. We are intentional about supporting buyers who face barriers such as credit challenges, limited savings, and nontraditional income. Helping our clients achieve homeownership when they never though it would be possible is what keeps us motivated!

What would you do with the $25,000?

Receiving this $25,00 grant would be meaningful for my business during a season of rebuilding, refinement, and renewed obedience to my calling. In 2025, economic shifts, inflation, and governmental changes significantly impacted my industry, requiring difficult decisions that temporarily slowed the education-centered work. This grant would help restore essential systems, revive educational programming, and support client events that strengthen long-term relationships.
