My inspiration in doing business is to uplift the grassroots and create real opportunities for those in need. I believe enterprise should be a tool for hope—opening doors for people with dreams but limited resources. By empowering farmers, women, and underserved communities through education, livelihood, and sustainable initiatives, I aim to turn potential into progress. Success, for me, is measured not only by growth, but by the lives transformed and the futures made possible.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on purpose beyond profit. Business, for me, is a platform to create impact—improving customers’ lives and uplifting communities. Every success story, every family supported, and every dream advanced reminds me why I started. Challenges become meaningful when I know the work creates real change. Seeing people grow, gain confidence, and access better opportunities fuels my drive to keep building, serving, and leading with heart.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If granted $25,000, I would invest it in my sustainable agriculture project to expand climate-smart farming, food security initiatives, and livelihood opportunities for rural families. A portion will establish a small farm school where farmers, women, and youth can learn modern, sustainable techniques, entrepreneurship, and value-adding skills. This investment will create long-term impact—growing not only crops, but knowledge, income, and hope for the community
