Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the resilience of people in underserved communities who have talent but lack opportunity. As a self-raised woman, I understand how powerful skill-based education can be. The barber and beauty industry changed my life, and now I’m building an institution that gives others the training, confidence, and entrepreneurial tools to create stable careers and generational success.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact this vision will have on others. Every student who learns a trade represents a new opportunity for financial independence and confidence. My journey required resilience, discipline, and faith, and those same values guide me as I build a space where aspiring professionals can learn, grow, and create better futures for themselves and their families.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would help expand my Barber & Beauty Education institution by purchasing professional barber chairs, styling stations, tools, and student training kits. It would also support curriculum development and community outreach to aspiring students in low-income areas, creating access to hands-on training and career pathways in a thriving industry.
