Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the children I serve and my own childhood experiences. Growing up, I didn’t have the opportunity to celebrate birthdays or enjoy many special experiences. That shaped my desire to create something meaningful for other children. Through Beauty On The Go, I aim to give kids joyful memories, confidence, and moments that make them feel celebrated and valued. Seeing their smiles reminds me why this work matters.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact Beauty On The Go has on children and families. Every time a child celebrates a birthday, creates something new, or walks away smiling with confidence, it reminds me why I started. Knowing that I’m helping create joyful childhood memories that some children may not otherwise experience keeps me focused, even during challenges.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 would allow me to expand the experiences we provide at Beauty On The Go. I would invest in new creative stations, equipment, and programs that help children explore self-care, creativity, and confidence. My goal is to continue creating meaningful memories for kids while building a space where they feel celebrated, inspired, and empowered.
