Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the idea of building something meaningful that creates opportunities for others. I’m inspired by the process of turning ideas into real value—helping clients grow, creating jobs, and seeing a vision become something tangible. Turning Collaborative Concepts, that I started with nothing; into something I can leave to my children. My Mother is also my inspiration. She taught me resilience, loyalty, and how to work hard.

How do you stay motivated?

I came from poverty and grew up on my parents little ranch. Taught hard work at a young age. I was that kid that wanted to play with a calculator adding machine. It's in my blood. I stay motivated by remembering the bigger purpose behind what I’m doing. When I see how my marketing strategies help businesses grow and succeed; this keeps me focused and inspired. My children and family. I have raised 3 children that I am proud to say are all successful young adults.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest it into scaling www.collaborativeconcepts.net — upgrading equipment, expanding marketing reach, and building systems that allow me to produce higher quality content and serve more clients.
