I paid a lot of money and spent a lot of my time attending conferences, seminars, coaching and business courses and still could not run my company efficiently. How do you stay motivated?I read many books, meditate, offer programming that helps others like me and I invest in my mental health and wellbeing. This keeps me going knowing I am being the me that I needed back then.
