Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my Creator, whose faith guides me; my family, my children Kai and Toni and Anthony who drive me; and my broker, Julius, whose leadership shapes me. I empower youth with financial literacy and opportunity, showing them that success has many paths. True success isn’t just what we achieve—it’s the doors we open and the lives we inspire to walk through them.

How do you stay motivated?

What drives me is purpose rooted in a strong foundation. My faith, family—especially Kai and Toni—and mentorship inspire me to lead with compassion, commitment, and action. I motivate youth to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and see opportunity where others see limits. True motivation is not just achieving success, but inspiring others to create a future filled with purpose, hope, and possibility.

Entrepreneurship isn’t just a word—it’s a commitment to changing lives. If awarded $25,000, I would invest it into empowering youth and first-time homebuyers through financial literacy, mentorship, and access to homeownership, while guiding my own children in building generational wealth.
