After a decade in healthcare as a RN, I saw how aging, pain, and loss of mobility impact quality of life and patient outcomes. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact of what I’m building. Regenerative medicine allows people to take control of how they feel as they age — offering real alternatives to steroids, pain medications, and surgery. Building something new within nursing isn’t always easy, but the potential impact on my community and the healthcare system keeps me grounded. I can’t what’s possible with this work, and that’s what drives me to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest in further training in ultrasound-guided joint injections to expand my clinical skill set. I would also invest in marketing to increase awareness of regenerative treatments within my community. A portion would be allocated toward the debt from my ultrasound equipment, supporting my journey to delivering precise, evidence-based, image-guided care.
