Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business comes from my family’s entrepreneurial spirit. My grandfather helped found Papa Gino’s, and my father and his brothers launched Lazzarino’s in New England, teaching me the value of hard work and relationships. My grandmother, who owned a floral and catering company, showed me the power of creativity and women in business. Their example taught me that strong companies are built on passion, craftsmanship, and community.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping my dreams and long-term goals in focus. I’m always thinking about what I’m building and the impact I want my work to have. Just as important is the community I surround myself with. I intentionally connect with other female entrepreneurs who have goals just as big as mine. Being around ambitious, driven women keeps me inspired and accountable. I truly believe that who you surround yourself with matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to support cash flow across both of my businesses. For Rizbee Studio, it would help replenish the reserves used to launch Pretties. For Pretties, it would help support cash flow as we build boutique wholesale relationships and manage inventory and production costs. This funding would provide stability while allowing both businesses to continue growing thoughtfully.
