I’m inspired by building businesses that create both success & opportunity. I didn’t start my company just to plan events—I built it to create a space where women and professionals can thrive, support their families, & still do what they love while using the skills I developed in my 14yrs in non-profit planing. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by having a clear vision of what I’m building—not just a business, but a life that blends success, creativity, and presence with my family. I’ve built a company where women and professionals can thrive without sacrificing what matters most, and that purpose keeps me driven. My daughter, Everlee, is my daily reminder of why I started, and my team of 8 (and counting) fuels me to continue growing, evolving, and raising the standard in everything we do.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in scaling our brand and expanding opportunities—not just for growth, but for impact. This includes strategic marketing, elevated brand development, and expanding our team so we can provide more flexible, meaningful career opportunities for women and professionals.
