How do you stay motivated?I set realistic goals & make small steps toward reaching them so I don't burnout or become frustrated. Build routines that will help keep me pushing forward. I like to surround myself with like-minded people who goals & passion motivates them to be better.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000 I would invest in my fitness business (equipment, merch, etc). Focus on improving my marketing skills & open my own fitness location.
