Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My dad has always been a big inspiration to me. Back in the 90s, he ran a successful janitorial business which allowed my mom to stay home and raise us. My parents divorced, he lost a lot of what he had built, but he never lost his entrepreneurial mindset. He’s always had a natural talent for business and finding opportunities. Later on, he started another successful business, and growing up he would always talk to me about entrepreneurship and the endless possible opportunities.

How do you stay motivated?

I really enjoy being creative and bringing ideas to life. I’m always looking for ways to improve what I do and get better at it. Seeing the final result and knowing I’ve made something meaningful keeps me motivated, especially when I know my work helps others or contributes to something bigger.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d put it toward growing my business by upgrading and renovating my workspace. I’d love (and honestly need) a bigger, more efficient setup that gives me room to keep expanding. Having a dedicated space would boost my productivity and help me serve my clients even better while still delivering high-quality work. It would be a really meaningful investment in the future of my business and the relationships I’ve built.
