My inspiration in business is to be able to serve more children in foster care every day. Our work as a non profit is different - we are motivated by changing lives and investing in our kids. For us, success is seeing our work pay off and lives being changed. That's inspiration for me to keep going and keep serving!
How do you stay motivated?The weight of knowing so many kids depend on me. It's taxing and motivating. I also have a don't quit attitude. When someone tells me I can't do something - that's when I lock in and move to the next level.
What would you do with the $25,000?We have so many needs in serving our kids in care. I would use the $25,000 to recruit and train more foster families, and to provide more trauma therapy services to our kids and clients.
