Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration starts with Christ,my passion for helping people and building community. I’ve spent 20 years in customer service and leadership, and I’ve always believed that service is bigger than just a job it’s about uplifting others. Through my barbershop and community work, I saw how something as simple as a haircut can boost a young person’s confidence and change how they see themselves. That inspired me to create a business that’s not just about grooming.

How do you stay motivated?

Motivation gets you started. Discipline keeps you going. I stay motivated by the look in my children eyes when they ask up every morning, it’s a look of I’m proud to be his child and also by each and every body that I come encounter with by helping them achieve confidence, consistency, or even if it just words of encouragement

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I was awarded the 25,000 dollars I would use it to help community engagement aswell as help launch a center were I can successfully groom and mentor people with autism or disability
