Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my grandmother and great aunt. My grandmother raised seven children with my grandfather but also cared for people throughout our community. Our door was always open. My great aunt did the same, feeding and helping neighbors who needed support. Their example inspired me to build businesses that restore that sense of community. Today I operate a home care company and am launching an adult day program focused on providing affordable care while creating sustainable jobs.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact the work has on real people. Families need dependable care, and caregivers need fair opportunities to support themselves and their families. Seeing those needs come together keeps me focused. My long-term vision is to build businesses that strengthen communities while creating stability, opportunity, and meaningful jobs.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding my adult day program and home care services. The funding would help purchase equipment, activity supplies, meals, and transportation support while allowing us to hire additional caregivers. This investment would allow us to serve more seniors and families while creating jobs and strengthening care resources in our community
