Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am a Colombian immigrant mother who fought fiercely for my son’s education, helping him attend a private university for only $400. Along this journey, I realized that many Latino parents share the same dreams for their children but often lack guidance. I want to support them using the knowledge I gained and my strong communication skills. I learned that YES, WE CAN — but we need support to navigate the system and to not only find opportunities in this country, but truly understand

How do you stay motivated?

I often think about how my support can change the course of entire generations. I truly believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, and that when parents are empowered with knowledge, their children’s futures expand in ways they never imagined.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it in hiring a marketing strategist and in building an ethical AI ecosystem within my business. This would allow me to scale my impact, reach more Latino families, and strengthen the tools I use to guide parents through the education system with clarity and confidence.
