Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the people I serve and the patients who depend on them. As a nurse, I saw how one well-trained caregiver can change a life. That inspired me to build a nursing school that creates opportunity and strengthens healthcare. Watching students rise, become nurses, and serve their communities reminds me that entrepreneurship isn’t just about building businesses—it’s about building people.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Every time a student graduates and becomes a nurse, I know it changes not just their life, but the lives of the patients they will care for. On the hard days, I remind myself that what we’re building is bigger than a business: It is opportunity, purpose, and impact in our communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would invest it directly into expanding opportunities for future nurses. I would use it to support student scholarships, strengthen training resources, and grow programs that help more people enter the nursing profession. My goal has always been simple: create opportunity while preparing nurses who will go on to care for their communities.
