Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My son is my greatest inspiration. When he was younger and living with his disability, it was hard for me to keep a traditional job. I needed flexibility to care for him and still provide for us. That challenge pushed me to create my own business. He motivated me to build something stable, meaningful, and long‑lasting. Every step I take in growing my company is driven by wanting to give him a better life and show him what strength and perseverance look like.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started and who depends on me. My kids, my employees, and my customers keep me focused. I’ve built a service people rely on, and that responsibility pushes me to keep going. Seeing my business grow, overcoming challenges, and knowing I’m creating opportunities for others keeps me driven. Even on hard days, I stay committed to the bigger picture and the future I’m building for my family and community.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding my mobile laundry service and improving operations. This includes upgrading equipment, enhancing my customer app, and strengthening pickup and delivery tools. The funding would help me serve more families, increase efficiency, and move closer to opening a full hybrid laundromat. It would also support job creation and allow me to provide a higher level of service to the Houston community.
