Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The adaptive athletes I've met since my 2021 hit-and-run. 5 months inpatient - doctors said I wouldn't survive. Adaptive sports saved me. Now I know 10 Paralympians. Their grit! The system makes everything harder: finding equipment, discovering organizations, connecting. Patrick Halgren skis on one leg. Matthew Brewer lost both legs to cancer & opioid addiction. They compete at the highest level despite infrastructure failures. They help others & inspire me to build this.

How do you stay motivated?

Athletes & volunteers struggle to find adaptive sports opportunities - events are scattered across hundreds of org websites. Current calendars require manual entry. Our automated calendar sync solves this: organizations connect once, their events flow forever. It's 15-year-old proven tech. We're in beta with 400 organizations. Athletes can filter by location, date, and sport to find opportunities. Every automated sync removes friction. The tech moat is real and so is the need.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Validate our advertising model w/adaptive equipment manufacturers. Hire a contract BD specialist ($15K), attend 3 industry conferences - AOPA, Abilities Expo, NSCD Conference ($6K), & fund pilot incentives for 1st 5 manufacturers ($4K). Goal: secure letters of intent from 10 manufacturers representing $300K Year 1 advertising revenue. There's zero targeted advertising in this $5-11B market. Athletes can't find gear, manufacturers can't reach athletes. This sprint de-risks seed raise.
