Who or what is your inspiration in business?

After 15+ years in field sales, I was recruited to work internally as a national educator for new & competitive hires on new AI tech. I loved it but was shocked at the chasm between the goals & knowledge base of the C suite vs the sales force which led to an enormous loss of efficiency on MANY levels. As the only internal member with field experience, I thought I could bridge the gap by sharing my insight. I was very wrong, even pushed out--which inspired me to find a new path.

How do you stay motivated?

I tried different scenarios that could be better than the standard corporate structure. A start up for more flexibility to build a modern workflow. It was fun & exciting but chaotic. I enrolled myself in a course at MIT so I could learn how to properly approach implementing a new technology in any scenario. I ate it up! I follow Amy Webb & her futurist group religiously! Brainstorming my own company keeps me so excited I can't sleep with ideas brewing. I love it!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I could move a lot faster with advertising. I have a luxury, fully enclosed mini car that would look INCREDIBLE wrapped with my logo. I also need a trailer of my own to haul it. For now, I need to rent one when I have appointments to demo the car. With $, I would expand thoughtful marketing to the luxury property developers and builders in the area. I have already taken out a small loan of $20,000, but I am not working and need to maintain my home for my two young daughters!
