Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I would have to say my inspiration in business would be educators that I have encountered in the classroom. They taught me to stay patient on the hard days, find creative ways to reach every learner, celebrate small wins and show up consistently, even when it’s tough. For me, especially as someone working with young students, my inspiration also comes from watching struggling students finally “get it” and building trust with a child who needs stability.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated especially as an educator, isn’t about feeling inspired every day. It’s about building habits, mindset, and systems that keep you going even on the hard days.We all know that motivation grows from progress, not perfection. I have the determination to teach each child with a positive affirmation or goal. Some days will not go as planned, but that doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means you’re human.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 dollars, the key would be to spend it in a way that creates a lasting impact, not just short term upgrades. I would invest in classroom experience by making learning more engaging and hands on. I would use technology like tablets or Chromebooks for students. I would also use smart boards or an interactive projector.
