How do you stay motivated?When faced with challenges I focus on the goal of opening my own brick and mortar shop. With the support of my family and the memory of my Father's encouraging words I work to press on through any setbacks.
What would you do with the $25,000?Look for my own commercial kitchen to lease. Right now I use a shared kitchen. Purchase small equipment that will help to scale and expand my business faster.
