My inspiration comes from the women who taught me to crochet and the communities I now serve. They showed me that creativity builds confidence, connection, and belonging. Today, I’m driven by the people who gain skills, find community, and discover their own potential through this work. That transformation is what fuels everything I’m building.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by impact. Every time someone gains confidence, learns a new skill, or finds connection through my work, it reinforces why this matters. Building something meaningful takes persistence, but real change is happening. That momentum—seeing lives touched in tangible ways—is what keeps me moving forward every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to launch a mobile yarn boutique, bringing supplies, workshops, and hands-on learning directly to underserved communities. This investment unlocks new revenue streams, expands program reach, and positions the business for scalable growth through consistent programming and strategic partnerships.
