Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I have dedicated my life to serving our country, but my deepest passion lies with my Native American community. Even when health reasons prompted me to step away from full-time law enforcement, my commitment to my people remained. I wanted to make a meaningful difference, helping those in need and reuniting families torn apart by loss. This unwavering purpose inspired me to bring together compassionate individuals and establish Lone Guardian LLC.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated can be challenging at times, especially without the support of a well-known name. Yet, I draw strength from my ancestors and their resilience in preserving our culture through countless hardships faced by Native American communities. I continue planting seeds of hope, reaching out with determination, and no matter how many doors close, I persist, believing in the future we can build.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Lone Guardian LLC has invested over $40,000 in developing an online learning platform (OLP) offering college-level courses tailored for tribal and rural law enforcement agencies. The $25,000 award would be allocated as follows: 32% to the OLP smartphone platform, 8% to marketing, and 60% to grants supporting initial access for tribal and rural law enforcement agencies to the OLP. Once started, we will work with agencies to include the OLP in their budgets to ensure continued use.
