Marcus Lemonis and Jon Taffer proved that compassionate leadership isn't weakness—it's the sharpest edge in business. I bring that same energy to every client relationship, every team interaction, every hard moment. Healthy, connected relationships are the foundation I build on. How do you stay motivated?

For 5+ years, I've met daily at 7:07 AM with four fellow entrepreneurs in an accountability lab—sharing commitments, mindsets, and the truth that you can't do entrepreneurship alone. That community fuels everything. PopSpeed Digital Marketing is my foundation, but the dream is PopSpeed Garage LLC—a family-built speed shop and the legacy I'm creating for my 27-year-old son and his kids.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I'd split it with intention. PopSpeed Digital Marketing gets fuel to grow faster — a stronger agency means a shorter road to the bigger dream. And PopSpeed Garage LLC, our family's dream speed shop, gets its first real seed money. I've been laying this foundation for years, one commitment at a time.
