My inspiration in business comes from resilience and purpose. After being laid off during the pandemic, I built Black•ology Coffee Company from the ground up. That experience showed me that challenges can become opportunities to create something meaningful. I’m inspired by the ability to build businesses that not only succeed, but also empower communities and create lasting impact.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by purpose and discipline. Building something meaningful requires consistency, vision, and faith. I remind myself daily that the work I’m doing today can create opportunity for others tomorrow.
What would you do with the $25,000?If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into launching a Black•ology Coffee Company mobile coffee trailer. This trailer would allow us to serve coffee throughout the community, attend events, and expand access to our brand while creating opportunities for education, entrepreneurship, and local partnerships.
