When I look at older people, I tend to, for some reason see my son, in them and old people they get to that stage where they kind of start Life all over again. kinda like a baby. They’re very fragile very unaware;Sometimes of what’s going on around them and a lot of times. They are neglected and ignored , and the whole purpose of Andre care is to provide care to these older people in companionship service
How do you stay motivated?God and the fact that I go to work and see the things older folks go thru which is very disappointing being the fact that one day it will be us needing someone to take care of us so why treat them less than or why even do the job
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to get payroll up and started and hire employees!
