How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by focusing on growth and the impact I’m making in my community. Every new idea, menu change, or happy customer reminds me why I started. Setting goals, staying creative, and constantly improving keeps things exciting. Seeing the team succeed and the business evolve pushes me to keep going every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000, I’d love to grow The Blend in ways that excite our customers and give back to our community! That means upgrading equipment, creating new menu items with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and making our space even more welcoming. I’d also use part to support local outreach — events, partnerships, and initiatives that bring people together and make Burlington a little brighter.
