Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration isn't a single person, but the 11-year-old version of myself. Starting my first business at that age taught me that entrepreneurship isn't just about profit; it’s about agency. My inspiration is the constant challenge of taking a raw idea and building the infrastructure to make it a reality. I am driven by the belief that if you can identify a gap in the world, you have the personal responsibility and the capability to fill it

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by treating my character and my company as a single, unified ecosystem. To me, a business is simply a public reflection of a founder’s private growth. I don't just build systems; I build myself. When I sharpen my intuition and expand my capacity to handle pressure, the business scales organically. My vision is the North Star, but my personal evolution is the fuel that gets us there.
