Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

30 years ago it was my Family and Community, everyone around me was dieing or going to jail, I didn't want to become a statistic. So I learned how to Cook and Talk and be Amazing at it. I created a Character for the Company (Munchies Roc City Empanadas) that could cross over to everyone and become a role model for the Community. People and companies can model after me and say if Munch can do it we can do it, he started where we are. My Baby Santino is my inspiration, throughout all adversity.

How do you stay motivated?

I look at my own vulnerability and say to myself my life is a model for my Family and Community I have to be Strong I can never quit, I have to be the best I must keep building. "I Think I Can, I know I Can". Be Great.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Pay my taxes get things back on track. I got into a very serious accident September 3, I almost lost my life and have been forced to close down some of my operation. This would be a comeback for me. Thank you in advance for the opportunity to show the world who is 'Munchies Roc City Empanadas'
