Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My dad is my main inspiration in business. He has owned his own company for over 20 years, and I have seen the independence, responsibility, and impact that comes with building something yourself. That example pushed me to pursue the same path. I also enjoy taking ownership and full responsibility at work or for myself. After working hourly jobs for five years and seeing my income capped, I decided to build something for myself where effort and value directly affect the outcome.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through discipline I developed from playing football for eight years. The sport taught me to push through difficult situations, stay consistent, and never quit when things get hard. Those habits carried into my daily life and into business. I stay focused on building something for myself and creating a future I can control. I want to build work that I enjoy and something that can positively impact the people around me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would first allocate a large portion of the funds toward working with a marketing agency to expand outreach and generate consistent leads across North Georgia. I would also invest in a used truck, since I currently operate out of a sedan. Additional funds would go toward equipment such as an excavator, trailer, and installation and cleanout tools. These investments would increase efficiency and allow me to take on larger projects, serve more clients, and continue growing my business long term.
