Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I have heard so many women share that they can't attain the success they desire because they're struggling with imposter syndrome. What I've found is every successful person I admire has admitted that they've dealt with imposter syndrome at some point along the journey. To me, that means if I'm feeling that, I'm on the right path! I am passionate about getting on stages to share my self-talk story to let women know that they have genius, gifts and greatness to shine in the world!

How do you stay motivated?

I know I am continuously learning while on this grand adventure we call life. My why behind my mission to transform Reactors into Creators is so strong that there simply is no quit in me, only the drive to figure out how to keep sharing my story and message. Howard Thurman said, "Don't ask what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive." Professional speaking about self talk is how I come alive.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use $10,000 to celebrate with my husband who has been my rock, my best friend and my greatest cheerleader for over 25 years. And I would reinvest the other $15,000 back into my business so I can create even bigger impact.
