What is Entrepreneur of Impact?
Learn MoreMy inspiration is purpose-driven community builders who turn struggle into structure. I’m inspired by the creatives and entrepreneurs I serve at The224 EcoSpace who keep showing up despite limited access. Their resilience, and the faith to build systems that create opportunity, pushes me to lead with excellence, sacrifice, and relationships.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by staying close to the people we serve and the purpose behind the work. I set clear weekly goals, celebrate small wins, and keep a strong circle for accountability. When I’m tired, I rest, pray, and remember the mission: creating space, support, and opportunity that changes lives.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into expanding The224 EcoSpace’s impact: upgrade key equipment and space, launch a small micro-grant or scholarship fund for creatives and entrepreneurs, and provide coaching resources that move people from idea to income. Every dollar would strengthen access, mentorship, and opportunity for Hartford’s builders.
