Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The Coeur Club was created from a deep desire to build something beyond fitness - a space rooted in intention, community, and "heart". Growing up going to Coeur d’Alene, I was surrounded by family, friends, and time on the water - this inspired the name/decor/vision of the studio. As an ICU nurse, I witness people at their most vulnerable, which fuels my passion to create a space that supports both physical and emotional well-being - helping people feel strong & supported.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to my “why” - creating a space that supports people physically and emotionally, beyond what I see in the ICU. I focus on consistency over motivation, showing up even on the hard days. Seeing our community grow and witnessing the impact of movement keeps me inspired. I also protect my energy, stay grounded in my own practice, and remind myself that I’m building something meaningful, intentional, and purposeful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to expand The Coeur Club to accommodate more members and create a more "rehabilitation-friendly" space. Coming from a smaller city, there are limited boutique wellness options, and I want to help change that. My goal is to grow the studio into a space that not only supports strength and movement, but also recovery, accessibility, and long-term health/wellness for a wider range of clients!
