Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by the intersection of neuroscience and leadership. How real, lasting change happens at the level of thinking and behaviour, and then shows up in how people lead, decide, and perform under pressure.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation as a feeling. I see my work as a responsibility. When you’re helping someone shift how they think, lead, and show up in their life, you realize the impact goes far beyond a single session or program. It affects their decisions, their confidence, their career, and even the people around them. That’s what keeps me going. What would you do with the $25,000?

Expanding access to my flagship leadership program through targeted outreach, so more leaders can experience transformation that’s measurable and lasting. Enhancing the learning experience with digital tools, neuroscience-backed content, and cohort-based structures that allow participants to apply change immediately in their work. Building community and mentorship opportunities, connecting leaders with each other to share knowledge, accountability, and support beyond the program.
