Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the veterans I serve. I have spent sleepless nights supporting veterans struggling with PTSD and suicidal thoughts, sitting with them through some of their most painful moments. Witnessing both their suffering and their strength drives my mission. It pushes me to build services that truly meet their needs and ensure veterans—especially those facing homelessness, trauma, or suicidal ideation—have access to compassionate mental health care.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I have personally sat with veterans in their darkest moments and witnessed their suffering. I’ve listened to the pain of trauma, homelessness, and thoughts of suicide. Those experiences stay with me and fuel my commitment to keep showing up for them. Every time a veteran finds hope again, it reminds me why this mission matters. I remain dedicated to helping veterans move from crisis to healing, stability, and renewed purpose.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I will provide free crisis counseling for homeless and suicidal veterans, launch peer support groups, conduct outreach at shelters, offer suicide prevention workshops, and create an emergency stabilization fund to remove immediate barriers to care. Housing and supporting the veterans who are struggling in the first 3 months of reentering civilian life prone to suicide are the ones I will support immediately with this contribution.
