Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is every conversation, every book, every mentor who believed in me before I believed in myself. It started at my high school graduation when W. Clement Stone, author of Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude, spoke and lit something in me. From there it was a lifetime of mentors, books, and podcasts. Then Singapore, where real conversations about goals and greatness changed everything. No single person. All of it. All of them.

How do you stay motivated?

Every single day, every person I meet is an opportunity. A conversation in a coffee shop. A comment on a post. A coaching call. Each one is a chance to help someone see their own greatness for the first time. That is what keeps me going. One mindset shift. One person who finally believes in themselves. The ripple effect of that moment touches their family, their community, and the world. Each day is a gift. And if I can leave even one person with the impression of increase, that is enough.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Every dollar would go directly into building the UnCharted Greatness platform and reaching more outliers. Expanding the podcast. Creating more digital content. Funding the face to face conversations and community experiences that change lives in real time. Growing the social media presence that delivers free tools and education to anyone who needs it. This prize does not just fund a business. It funds a movement. One person. One conversation. One ripple at a time.
