Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Social impact. I value that others are putting their expertise into good cause like healthcare and education. I design startups to make profit while funding these sectors. With several successful exits in the past 15 years, I started this next big gig that would change the global ecosystem of entrepreneurship for the better.

How do you stay motivated?

No giving is too small. I used to be obsessed about efficiency until I realized the importance to giveback. I intentionally set aside a weekly time to volunteer at a community center, take my family on a trip, mentor a gifted highschooler, or do something that makes regular small measureable impact every week. Put the phone aside. Be grateful for the present moment. When I am negotiating a deal, I'm balanced because I've already won so much.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Give back to underrepresented entrepreneurs. My dream is to create a scholarship fund dedicated for talented youth with exceptional potential who come from struggling economies worldwide.
