Living with a limiting medical condition reshaped my relationship with food and health. It inspired me to turn my passion for cooking into purpose. Through LekLek’s Lavish Kitchen, I advocate for wellness, nourishment, and resilience. My journey reminds me that challenges can become platforms for impact, and my mission is to use food not only to feed people, but to uplift and empower my community.

Winning $25,000 would help expand LekLek’s Lavish Kitchen into a food truck and ghost kitchen model that makes nourishing food more accessible. I would invest in equipment, permits, and ingredients while also building programs that advocate for healthier eating and community support. My goal is to create a business that feeds people while also promoting wellness and purpose.
