My inspiration in business comes from my passion for helping people feel confident while also creating opportunities for others in my community. I have always been inspired by entrepreneurs who build something from the ground up and use their success to uplift others. That mindset is what motivated me to start and grow BLN Studios. Over the past nine years, my clients, my community, and the next generation of beauty professionals have been my greatest inspiration.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact my business has on my community. Seeing clients leave feeling confident and knowing I can create opportunities for others in the beauty industry keeps me inspired. My long-term vision to grow BLN Studios and expand youth programs like BLN Jr Nail Techs reminds me that my work is bigger than just a service—it’s about empowerment and opportunity.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest in expanding BLN Studios by purchasing new equipment, improving marketing and branding, and developing educational resources for my BLN Jr Nail Techs youth training program. This funding would help me serve more clients, create learning opportunities for aspiring beauty professionals, and strengthen my ability to provide services and mentorship within my community.
