Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My father is my inspiration. Teaching firearms brings me back to the time I spent with him as a child. One of the activities that (only) he & I participated in together was going to a shooting range. Afterwards, we would go to lunch for an Italian Beef (dry), french fries, and an orange soda. Teaching others responible firearm ownership, safety & skill building brings me back to warm memories of our limited time together.

How do you stay motivated?

I love meeting new people, teaching self-reliance, and networking with other businesses. My motivation is continued learning. A true expert continues to learn once they have learned it all. I am constantly expanding my knowlege and experience, and it fires me up.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Award funds would be used to create an "education engine," rather than covering expenses. For example, creation of a micro-course online, with various levels of achievement would teach more than just firearms safety, but safety in all respects, including fire, electrical, household, job safety, and self resilience.
