I am inspired by the idea that business can be both successful and meaningful. I admire people who build with integrity, resilience, and long-term vision. For me, entrepreneurship is about creating something valuable that not only grows, but also leaves a positive contribution to the people and communities it touches.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started: to build something that matters, even when the process is difficult. Entrepreneurship teaches you patience, humility, and courage every day. I celebrate progress, even small wins, because each step represents growth. I also stay motivated by the people who believe in my vision and by the responsibility of turning ideas into opportunities for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to accelerate the next phase of FloraVital Innovations, expanding a regenerative agriculture solution designed to support healthier crops and more sustainable farming systems. It would strengthen outreach, operations, and product readiness in Oregon, while helping a woman-led business move faster from vision to measurable impact. For me, this is not only funding — it is momentum.
