Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from families raising autistic children who struggle to access effective support. Many parents are told to wait years for services or receive limited hours of therapy that don’t translate into real life. Seeing their determination pushed me to build Beyou — a model that empowers caregivers with the skills to create progress at home, making support more scalable and accessible worldwide.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the real families behind the work. Every system we build or program we launch has the potential to help parents feel less overwhelmed and children gain skills for independence. Building solutions in a field with huge unmet need can be challenging, but knowing that better access to support can change the trajectory of a child’s life keeps me focused and driven.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funds in expanding Beyou’s caregiver-led ABA programs to reach more families. This includes developing accessible training materials, improving our digital learning platform, and supporting outreach so parents who currently lack services can access practical, evidence-based guidance. The goal is to scale a model that allows clinicians to support many more families by teaching caregivers how to implement effective strategies at home
